New Guy (Stupid) Question

I've been playing with a local for a few years now. However, I am starting to play NHL now and it seems like what my local offers is limited.

Can anyone make a recommendation for a good NHL online book? My big concern is how do you get the money out of the book? I've heard all sorts of rumors as to banks not being able to accept money from books, etc... Any advice is appreciated.
